"Fox and Goose on tour" was started in 2007 and since then we have catered for numerous events and weddings ranging in size from 80 to 300 people. The Fox and Goose is more than at home catering for a wedding in your back garden or a venue of your choice. We offer flexible and adaptable menus drawing on our many years of experience creating restaurant quality food in a wedding setting. With our attention to detail and track record for serving good food we promise to make your day as special as Sarah's and mine was. We understand just how important your wedding day is and will plan every detail to perfection.

Trio of seafood; tian of crab; marinated king
prawns; smoked salmon mousse, with an
avocado, tomato confit salad, citrus vinaigrette.
Chicken breast with a mustard and herb crust,
fondant potato, pea puree, and a chicken jus.
(served with seasonal mixed vegetables).
Lemon panna cotta with a basil and summer fruit
jelly, space dust, and black pepper meringue.

Thai soup with king prawns, scallops,
lemongrass and coriander.
Slow roasted duck with a five spice duck
fritter, bok choi, butternut squash puree,
spring onion gnocchi, soy, lime and
sesame dressing.
